These Terms of Use apply to the Comf Travel app and website, operated by Leibi Weiss, Kiryas Joel, New York, USA. By using Comf Travel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Travel information is a guide only

Information in Comf Travel, including site locations, descriptions, routes, travel times, kosher food and lodging, is provided as a general guide. It may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.

• Always verify opening hours, access rules, entry requirements and kashrus before you travel.
• Some sites may be closed, restricted, on private property or require permission or an appointment.
• Follow local laws, signs and the instructions of site caretakers and authorities.

2. Navigation and safety

Routes and navigation links (including Waze and Google Maps) are provided for convenience. You are responsible for your own safety, for driving safely and for following traffic laws. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Comf Travel shows hotel and lodging options through Stay22, and flight prices and other travel offers through Travelpayouts. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a booking, at no extra cost to you. Bookings are made with third-party providers, and their terms apply. We are not responsible for bookings, prices, availability or services provided by third parties.

4. Your account

You may use the app as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, try to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, Waze, Stay22 and Travelpayouts. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comf Travel and its operator are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, expense or damage arising from your use of the app or from reliance on information in it, including travel plans, site access or third-party bookings.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
